Feature guide

Every feature is on every plan. So here is every feature.

ChatPilot CRM is a Chrome extension plus a web dashboard that works on top of the Messenger inbox you already sell from. Capture contacts, tag them, save templates, run paced bulk follow-ups, track friend requests, and see what actually happened, across 1 to 20 Facebook accounts. Your plan changes one thing only: how many Facebook accounts you connect.

7-day free trial. 30-day money-back guarantee. Works in Chrome, Edge, and Brave.

01 Contact capture

Your contacts come from the two places you actually find people.

There is no CSV to import and nothing to retype. ChatPilot puts a checkbox on the rows you are already looking at, in your Messenger chat list and in Facebook Group member lists, and pulls the people you tick into your CRM. That is the whole capture story: two surfaces, both inside Facebook, both acting as you.

From the Messenger chat list

Open Messenger with the extension running and every conversation row gets a checkbox and a small notes button. Tick the people you want, use Select all when you want the lot, then Tag them into your CRM in one move. The conversation stays exactly where it was.

From Facebook Group member lists

Open a group's member list and the floating GROUPS CRM panel appears with four controls. Load All brings the member list in, Select All ticks what loaded, Tag files them into your CRM, and Send Requests sends friend requests at the pace you set. Same two clicks whether you picked five people or fifty.

Those are the two capture surfaces, and that is deliberate. ChatPilot does not touch Marketplace listings, does not buy lists, and never imports contacts you did not select yourself.

02 Tags

Color-code your inbox once, then find anyone by tag forever.

Tags are how ChatPilot segments people, and you get as many as you want on every plan. Name them the way you already talk about your leads (New lead, Follow up, Client, Cold), give each one a color from the eight presets so a row reads at a glance, and apply them to a single contact or to fifty selected rows at once.

In the dashboard, tags turn into filters. Pick a tag and you have everyone who carries it, which is also how you choose who a campaign goes to. There is no separate list-building step, because the tag is the list.

  • Unlimited tags on every plan
  • Eight preset colors, so you can read a contact at a glance
  • Apply to one contact or to a whole selection
  • Filter the dashboard by tag, then send to that tag
03 Templates

Write your best message once. Send it like you typed it.

Save as many templates as you like, then drop one into the composer with a click instead of retyping it or hunting through a notes app. Three merge fields fill themselves in from the contact, so the message that goes out reads like you wrote it for that person, because you did, once.

Templates are also what a bulk campaign sends. Pick the tag, pick the template, and every message in the run is personalized with the same three fields before it goes.

  • Unlimited saved templates on every plan
  • Merge fields for first name, last name, and full name
  • One click to insert into the Messenger composer
  • The same templates power your bulk campaigns
04 Campaigns and safety

Bulk follow-ups that run at your pace, and stop before Facebook makes them stop.

This is the part that does the work. Pick a tag, pick a template, choose how fast it sends, and ChatPilot sends from your own logged-in session, one message at a time, as you. Watch each send land, pause the run mid-flight, and resume from the exact contact it stopped on with nothing sent twice.

You set the pace

Choose anywhere from 5 seconds to 30 seconds between sends. Faster when you want reach, slower when the profile is new or you would rather play it safe. The speed is a control you can see, not a default hidden in someone else's code.

It sends in batches

A long list goes out in batches with a wait in between instead of one uninterrupted burst, so a big follow-up run behaves more like a person working through their inbox and less like a machine.

The 24-hour guard

Facebook enforces its own 24-hour message limit. ChatPilot watches for it, and when it trips, the campaign stops cleanly and tells you the contact it stopped on. Resume later and the run picks up from there, no double-sends.

The honest answer

Automating a personal Facebook profile carries ban risk that no tool in this category can remove, including this one. That risk is real whichever product you pick, and anyone who tells you their tool makes you safe is selling you a feeling.

What ChatPilot does is narrower and true: it acts as you, from your own logged-in session, at a pace you choose, and it stops the run when Facebook signals its limit. That is a safety margin, not immunity. We will not promise you protection we cannot deliver, because that would be a lie.

05 Friend requests

Send from group member lists, then find out what your opener is actually worth.

Friend requests are the top of the funnel for most people selling in DMs, and almost nobody measures them. ChatPilot sends them from a group's member list at a human pace, then keeps the score: what is still Pending, what came back Accepted, and the acceptance rate across everything you sent.

It also records the requests you send by hand while you are browsing a group page, so the tracker reflects all the outreach you did, not just the part you ran through the panel. Then you can tell which approach is worth scaling before you scale it.

  • Send from a group's member list at a pace you set
  • Pending and Accepted tracked per request
  • An acceptance rate across everything you sent
  • Requests you send manually on group pages are recorded too
06 Notes

The detail you will not remember in three weeks, kept on the conversation.

Every contact has notes you can open straight from the conversation row or from the extension popup. Write down what they wanted, what you quoted, what they said they would do. It stays with the person, so when that chat floats back to the top of your inbox a fortnight later you are not starting from nothing.

Being straight with you: it is a notepad, not a task manager. There are no reminders to set and nothing here will chase you. What you get is the context, in the place the conversation is, the second you open it again.

  • Notes on any contact, from the chat row or the popup
  • Written where the conversation lives, not in another tab
  • Visible on the contact in the web dashboard too
  • No reminders and no task list to maintain
07 Dashboard and control

One dashboard for every account, and one key that controls the doors.

The web dashboard is where the work adds up: how many messages you sent, which tags are carrying your pipeline, which devices are connected, and how to get your data out whenever you want it. It stays in step with the extension in real time over a websocket, and falls back to polling if that connection is not available.

Every account in one place

Connect 3 or 20 Facebook accounts depending on your plan, and switch between them in the dashboard without logging out of anything. One login, one place to look, however many profiles you run.

Your key, your devices

Your Auth Key connects the extension to your account and only appears after you re-enter your password. Up to four devices can be connected at once, and you can see when each was last active. If a VA leaves or a laptop walks off, regenerate the key and every device is cut off in one click.

Take your data with you

Export your contacts from the extension popup as CSV, as JSON, or straight into Google Sheets. It is your customer list, and nothing about ChatPilot should make it hard to walk away with it.

Not in the box

What ChatPilot does not do.

Published on purpose. If one of these is the thing you came for, better you find out now than after checkout.

Page bots and comment automationThat is ManyChat's job, through Meta's official Page API. ChatPilot works on your personal profile, which is the part a Page bot cannot reach.
Scheduling and drip sequencesCampaigns run when you start them. There is no send-at-3am scheduler and no multi-step drip builder.
Reminders and task listsNotes hold the context. Nothing in ChatPilot will chase you about a follow-up you meant to send.
AI that writes for youYour templates are your words. There is no generator in here deciding how you talk to your buyers.
WhatsApp, Instagram, and SMSFacebook Messenger only, on a desktop browser. One inbox, done properly.
A mobile appIt is a browser extension plus a dashboard. Chrome, Edge, and Brave on desktop.
Team seats, a public API, or ZapierOne login runs your accounts. There is no seat model and no integrations layer to configure.
A pipeline board with deal valuesTags and notes are the structure. There is no drag-and-drop kanban and no forecast to keep tidy.

Everything above is on all three plans.

The only line that changes is how many Facebook accounts you can connect.
