Our story

We built the CRM that lives where you sell.

ChatPilot CRM exists because the deals happen in Facebook Messenger and the follow-ups happen in a spreadsheet nobody keeps up to date. One tool, in the inbox, for people who sell from their own profile.

Why it exists

It started with a spreadsheet nobody kept up to date.

People who sell in Facebook DMs are running real businesses out of a scroll of conversations. Hundreds of threads, no way to sort them, and follow-ups that depend on whatever you happen to remember. The fix was always the same and it never held: copy a name into a sheet, promise yourself you will get back to them, lose the thread by Thursday.

Tools built for this job already existed, and some of them are good. What they had in common was a ceiling. Each one locked you to a single Facebook account and charged more for that one account than the job seemed to be worth: Chatsilo at $29 a month, Genius Messenger CRM at about $25 to $37, ELMessenger Pro at about $67. If you run three profiles for clients, that meant three subscriptions or three spreadsheets.

So Hamza, who builds and runs ChatPilot CRM, started from the other end. What if the CRM lived inside the conversation, and what if the plan you could afford was the whole product? That is the shape ChatPilot took. Tags, notes, saved templates, bulk campaigns with pause and resume, friend-request tracking, and the dashboard are on every plan. The only thing that changes between Pro and Business is how many Facebook accounts you connect: 3 or 20.

The honest answer

Automating a personal Facebook profile carries ban risk that no tool in this space can remove, including this one. I am not going to pretend otherwise to make a sale. ChatPilot acts as you, from your own logged-in session, at a pace you set, and it watches for Facebook's own 24-hour limit and stops the campaign before you cross it. That is a safety margin, not immunity.

You are going to keep selling in Facebook DMs either way. My job is to make that work less manual, to stop before the line, and to tell you plainly where the line is. I will never call any of this "ban-proof", because that would be a lie.

What we believe

Three principles that decide what gets built.

01

Built where you work

A CRM you have to open in another tab is a CRM you stop opening. ChatPilot sits on top of the Messenger inbox you already sell in, so tagging a lead, adding a note, and sending the follow-up all happen in the same place as the conversation.

  • Capture contacts from the chat list
  • Notes on the conversation row
  • Nothing to export or paste
02

Simple by design

Every feature has to earn its place by saving you time in the inbox. Setup is install the extension, paste one Auth Key, open Messenger: about 60 seconds, with nothing to configure first. If something does not make the daily work faster, it does not ship.

  • About 60 seconds to set up
  • No import step, no onboarding maze
  • Works in Chrome, Edge, and Brave
03

You stay in control

You set the send pace, from 5 seconds to 30 seconds between messages. You can pause a campaign and pick it up at the exact contact you stopped on. Your Auth Key lists every connected device, and one click disconnects all of them at once.

  • Pacing and pause and resume are yours
  • Up to 4 devices, revoke all in one click
  • Export contacts to CSV, JSON, or Google Sheets
How it got here

What we shipped, in the order we shipped it.

One question drove the build order: what would a Messenger seller actually use every day?

The question

A Messenger-first idea

Sellers were losing leads in endless threads while their CRM sat in another tab, empty. The question was simple: why does the pipeline not live inside the conversation? That was the starting point.

Foundations

The CRM layer

Contact capture straight from the Messenger chat list, unlimited tags with colors, and private notes on the conversation row. The basics had to feel native to Messenger before anything else was worth building.

Launch

Chrome Web Store release

ChatPilot CRM became publicly available as a Chrome extension. Install it, paste your Auth Key from the dashboard, open Messenger, and your contacts sync in. That is the 60-second part.

Outreach

Bulk campaigns and friend-request tracking

Campaigns built from your tags and saved templates, sent at a pace you set from 5 to 30 seconds, in batches, with pause and resume at the exact contact and automatic 24-hour rate-limit detection. Friend requests sent from group member lists get tracked as Pending or Accepted, with your acceptance rate.

The dashboard

Real-time web dashboard

Messages sent charted daily across 14 days and monthly across 6 months, your top tags, and every connected Facebook account in one view. It updates as the extension works, so there is no report to run.

Our standards

Four things we will not do.

This is a category full of big promises. These are the ones we are not going to make.

01

We will not claim to make you safe from Facebook

No tool can promise Meta will never restrict a personal profile that runs automation. We say so on this page, on pricing, and on compare, instead of burying it.

02

We will not invent proof

No made-up testimonials, star ratings, or user counts. When a quote appears on this site, it will come from a real customer who agreed to be named. Until then you will not see one.

03

We will not gate features by tier

Every plan is the whole product. You pick a plan by how many Facebook accounts you run, not by which features you are allowed to touch. There is no upsell ladder waiting for you.

04

We will not dress the trial up as free

There is no free tier. There is a 7-day free trial that asks for a card, cancel before day 8 and you pay nothing, plus a 30-day money-back guarantee on every plan.

Try it in your own inbox.

Pick your plan, start the 7-day free trial, and run your first tagged follow-up the same day. 30-day money-back guarantee, cancel anytime.
