  • In your browser toolbar

    Click the puzzle piece icon in the top right of your browser, find ChatPilot CRM in the list, and click the pin next to it. On Edge and Brave the icon sits in the same spot.

  • Just bought a plan? Check the inbox you used at checkout for a set-password email from ChatPilot CRM. The link is good for 48 hours, so open it the same day. If it has already expired, use the password reset on the login page and we will send a fresh one.

  • In the dashboard

    Open your Auth Key and copy it. The key stays hidden until you re-enter your password, so nobody reads it over your shoulder.

    Click the pinned ChatPilot icon, paste the key, and connect. You can link up to 4 devices to one account, and regenerating the key disconnects all of them at once if a laptop ever goes missing.

  • ChatPilot reads your inbox as you, in your own browser, so open Messenger at facebook.com/messages with the extension running. Give it a moment and your chat list picks up checkboxes, a Select all control, and a Tag button in the header.
